The Missouri Sate Fair announced the first two concerts of it’s 2016 Pepsi Grandstand lineup. This year’s Fair will take place from Aug. 11-21 in Sedalia, Mo. Director Mark Wolfe has announced country artists Chris Janson with LOCASH on Tuesday, Aug. 16, and Christian Rock groups Newsboys with Hawk Nelson will perform on Thursday, Aug. 18. Tickets will be available to the public starting June 21 through Ticketmaster.
“The announcement of these first two concerts is just the start of a diverse mix of great entertainment that we have in store for concertgoers this year at the Fair,” Wolfe said via a press release. “I am excited at how the lineup is shaping up. We will be announcing more shows soon.”
Six more nights of concerts are still to be announced. All concert tickets will be available to the public starting June 21 through Ticketmaster online or by phone. Concertgoers are encouraged to sign up to become a Fair Fan at mostatefair.com to receive early announcements, including grandstand ticket presale opportunities.
